Behind Serenaways

My journey began at Swissair, where I learned the importance of precision, anticipation and service. I later worked alongside international executives, including senior leaders from major French companies, in the worlds of audit, yachting and luxury real estate.

For more than 25 years, I have been organising professional and private travel for employers, executives, families, friends and, naturally, for my own family. Over time, travel planning became far more than arranging flights and hotels: it became a way of understanding people, anticipating their needs and creating experiences that truly reflect who they are.

A major life event and its lasting consequences also changed the way I travel. I experienced very concretely what travelling with reduced mobility, chronic health constraints or invisible disabilities can involve.

This experience now allows me to design journeys with particular attention to accessibility, comfort, rhythm, fatigue and practical realities. However, Serenaways is not exclusively dedicated to accessible travel: I create journeys for couples, families, solo travellers, groups and anyone seeking a more personal, meaningful and carefully considered way of discovering the world.

Serenaways was born from this combination of experience, curiosity and lived reality: the desire to create journeys that are not simply beautiful on paper, but genuinely enjoyable from beginning to end.
