Working together
It all starts with a first conversation within 48h — by video call, by phone or in person between Geneva and Lausanne. It's the moment to understand your wishes, your constraints, your travel pace and your budget. This conversation is the foundation of your tailor-made project.
After our first conversation, I send you a personalised proposal along with a clear and detailed quote, with no hidden fees. Up to three revisions can be made free of charge.
Yes. The budget is defined and agreed together from the very start. Full transparency: no hidden commission on providers, no bad surprises at booking. Should it need to rise because of certain activities or a hotel, I let you know beforehand.
Once the main lines are accepted, I refine the itinerary taking your feedback into account: pace, accommodation, experiences, alternatives. Flexibility is at the heart of my approach. So yes, we can still adjust things (activities, hotels for example), but as far as possible the destination should stay the same, except in exceptional cases (war, major economic or environmental issue in the country).
No. All your services — flights, accommodation, transfers, activities — are centralised through my official partner agency, but it is you who makes the booking via a secure link. Serenaways can also offer you travel insurance if you don't have any. The official agency handles the financial guarantees and support in case of the unexpected. At no additional cost.
Yes. I remain your dedicated contact before, during and after your trip to ensure your peace of mind at every stage.
Yes, it's a deep conviction. I favour committed local partners, responsible experiences and tourism that respects the land, the wildlife, the flora and local cultures wherever possible.
Fees & how it works
Every Serenaways journey is entirely tailor-made. The fees vary depending on the destination, the length of the stay, the number of travellers, the level of personalisation and the services you wish for. The quote is presented to you in a clear and detailed way, with no hidden fees whatsoever.
No. The first travel proposal and the initial quote are entirely free, with no commitment.
My fees cover the whole design work: research, organisation, planning, selection of addresses and experiences, as well as a personalised travel journal handed to you before departure and the follow-up before and during your trip.
Cancellation fees depend on how far in advance you cancel before departure:
  • More than 60 days before: reduced conditions
  • Between 30 and 59 days: partial fees apply
  • Less than 30 days: full cancellation fees

The planning fees, once paid, are non-refundable as they pay for intellectual work that has already been carried out.
